Description: In two weeks I am leaving my room and need someone to take over my conract as of 1 November.
The room is for one person and is fully furnished, with a kitchen bar, heating, internet (all included in the price). It is on the top floor of the building.
It is located in the city center, close to metro.
The conract can be signed for 3, 6 or 12 months, and can later be prolonged.
Students and stagairs have priority.
