Description: Native Turkish-speaking Turkish woman available!

How the Turkish course Works:
Throughout the lessons there is no homework, no writing, no trying to remember, no parrot-fashion drills. The course covers only spoken Turkish. You learn by picking up building blocks of words and making sentences and phrases. The course is fun and very interactive. All you need to bring is yourself. You'll learn many top tips that will help you to transform what you already know from the English language into Turkish. As I quickly introduce new concepts you will be speaking Turkish without mental effort.

Beginner level Turkish
Covers enough to express yourself and be understood clearly while on holiday in Turkey or with Turkish friends or at school. Learn to pronounce Turkish as you would hear it "on the street."

Advanced level Turkish
Continue from beginner level and learn how to tackle around 20 different tenses. Grasp the backbone of the Turkish language in 14 hours by learning how to handle the verbs. Conversational Turkish becomes natural and easy.

Prices
I can work individually or with small groups:

Personal lessons

Location
You decide. I can do home visits or we can arrange to meet in a coffee shop or elsewhere. I usually work around Taksim I am available during day, evening and weekends.

When we were learning to speak our maternal tongue as young children, we just copied our parents, tried to figure things out in our heads and tried to say things. That's how we learned and expanded our knowledge. The basics of our language were entrenched in us long before we learned to write or were taught grammar at school. Yet most foreign language teachers start by trying to teach grammar to beginners - which, let's face it, we don't always know correctly in English, let alone Turkish. This is not how we learned to speak our own language; so why should it work when trying to learn a foreign language?

This course uses a language-teaching method that encourages learning the way we learned our maternal tongue as children. With no homework, written exercises or memorising. And no repeating the olmak and sahip olmak verbs over and over!
