Description: Me and my work colleague, both of us English are seeking a 2 bedroom appartment in or near to Amsterdam as we work in Amsterdam Golden Tulip hotels for Westcord hotels through Bestuitzend bureau in the UK.My colleague is currently living in Utrecht Zuilen and his lease is almost expired and he has a 1400 euro deposit to come back which our agency paid and we can use that to secure a appartment for both of us. I am currently living in Amsterdam hostels, The Aroza hostel in Nieuwendijk Amsterdam until my colleague laeves and we can use the deposit. We are prepared to pay up to 900 euros between us per month with a which would be 450 each. Ideally as we are paid weekly we would like to pay the rent weekly, so it was 900 for a month we would pay around 115 euros a week which would actually work out as 920 a month an extra 20 a month for the owner? However I need a place ASAP to get me out of the hostel for work purposes, so If anybody has anything to let I can move in and pay 3 weeks up front and maybe a bit extra each week until my colleague moves in with the deposit to settle the balance? Our agency will issue letters/ emails/ and telephone number for guarantee of rent payments and deposit if required?
