LOCATION: Between the lakes, the National Museum of Fine Arts and the Botanical Garden. Very close to parks, bars, restaurants, and shops. 10 minutes walk to Nørreport station or 5 minutes to the center by bike. Very charming and full of light.
THE HOUSE: the house has 3 bedrooms (one of them ensuite), 2 bathrooms and a toilet, living and dining room and a small back yard, all distributed in three floors.
The ground floor has two ensuite rooms, which can be used as living and dining room. With a view to the garden the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities (fridge, oven, micro-wave oven, and dishwasher). The back yard is without a doubt the best spot of the house during the Danish summer. You can take care of your own plants and herb garden, as well as arrange unlimited day or night barbeque gatherings. This floor also has a small toilet with sink and floor heating, ideal for visitors.
The first floor is where the main bedroom is located, which is also in two ensuite rooms. As a suggestion, you can use a part of the bedroom to sleep and use the other room as a walk-in dress room or a study room, or even a TV/music room. Attached to the bedroom there is a very special bathroom with both jacuzzi and shower. The bathroom has two windows that face the back garden and allows for both natural light and ventilation. It also has floor heating.
The second floor has a penthouse ceiling and has two more rooms that can be used as bedrooms for family members or guests. There is also a beautiful toilet with a cabin-shower and wooden floor. The toilet has a big window that allows natural light in.
The stairs between the different floors is an independent space, which allows the different floors to be autonomous. There is a basement with laundry space (washing and drying machines).
PRICE: The price per month is 14.000 DKK, utilities not included. A deposit of 3 months is required in advance.
FURNITURE: In principle the house is rented without furniture. If you would like to have the house fully furnished, that is not a problem for us! We can discuss about it. The price per month will be 18.000 DKK.
AVAILABILITY: The house is available from December 2009 for a period of minimum 2 years.
