Description: I´m a female medicine student in the 3rd year and searching for a roommate (female or male). I have a playful, 7 month old dog.
The flat is 110 sqm and located in the center of pest. 2 min to walk there is the yellow metro line and busstops are right in front of the house. The busses go directly to the veterinarian university and the keleti trainstation.
The flat is in the 4th floor (with a lift) of a new renovated building and has two levels. In the first level is a spare room for studying or guests. One big livingroom/american kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area and a small terrace.
Also there is a bathroom with a toilette and a shower.
The second bathroom is in the upper level and also includes a toilette, a washing machine and a bathtub. In this level are the two bedrooms, one with a walk-in-closet (this one is for rent). Both bedrooms are about 18 sqm.
The flat is fully furnished and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
2 supermarkets are around the corner.
