Description: We have an apartment for rent in the building situated at 13 rue Béatrix Dussane in Paris 15th arrondissement. The apartment is near Metro Dupleix line 6 & Metro La Motte Picquet Grenelle lines 6, 8 and 10.
The apartment is situated ground floor on the yard building. It is cozy, in a good area and near everything one needs for Parisian living like shops, grocery stores, laundromat, restaurants, Vélolib station and more.
You will find a full kitchenette fitted with fridge, microwave and hot plates and cooking utensils, ceiling fan, double glazed windows, electrical heating, a full bathroom with toilet and shower, a big closet with lots of room to store. We also fitted the apartment with a customized double bed that folds out on a L shaped sofa fitted with drawers. So you get both of both worlds instead of a choice between a louzy bedding or a louzy sofa. Our tenants love it !
Internet FAST DSL is also available at no extra cost.
This Paris apartment is fitted for a maximum of 2 persons. It is ideal for students (CAF possible) and for a vacation rentals.
