Description: I am looking for a new flatmate – preferably an easy-going, tidy and professional female. As of 1 Nov 09, for long-term only (9 months minimum with possible extension).

Location: Amsterdam/Rivierenbuurt, between De Pijp and Amsterdam RAI, in quiet side street just South of Churchillaan. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Good public transport connection (tram 12 and 25, cycling distance to RAI, Amstel and Zuid station).
Rent: 715 EUR (+ about 70 EUR electricity, gas, internet). Deposit of 2 months rent which you will get back from the owner when you move out.
