* Identification of Leads
* Individual Target besides a Team Target
* Understanding of IT Solution
* Salary Range: 20-25 Lakh ; on 70:30 Ratio and a Target of 80 Crore
* DGM GM (Sales):-
* Should have 5-6 Years of Experience in IT Sales
* Last 2-3 Years should have been working in Govt & PSU Sales
* Should have an understanding of System Integration & IT Solution Business
* Should have an existing Network with Govt Departments and PSU Decision Makers
* Should have Achieved a Revenue target of atleast 25 Crores in each of the last 2 Years
* Responded to RFP, Corporate Presentations
* Identification of solutions for Government Departments / PSU
* Identification of Leads
* Individual Target
* Understanding of IT Solution
* Salary Range: 10-12 Lakh ; on 70:30 Ratio and a Target of 40 Crore
* DGM (Commercials & Bid Management):
* Should have 5-6 Years of Experience in IT Sales
* Last 2-3 Years should have been working in Govt & PSU Sales
* Should have an understanding of System Integration & IT Solution Business
* Should have Managed Bids of atleast 50 Crores in each of the last 2 Years
* Understanding of Product Pricing and Tax Structure
* Good Understanding of Excel
* Responded to RFP,Corporate Presentations
* Understanding of IT Solution
* Salary Range: 10-15 Lakh ; on 70:30 Ratio and a Target Bids of 150 Crore
