Description: The apartment is located next to the centre of Amsterdam Zuidoost and near the football stadium Arena. In the centre you will find the city hall, shopping centre, library and post office. The largest supermarket is open till 20.00 hr. The Heineken Music Hall and the Cinema are on walking distance.
As is the train, bus and metro station. The bus to Haarlem and Schiphol the airport stop in front of the house. You will also find the swimming pool with a sport centre nearby.
Although the apartment is surrounded by all of these necessities the location is very quiet. The fully furnished living room and two upstairs bedrooms have a view on the water. Downstairs you will find a toilet for guest and a fully equipped kitchen. In the large bathroom upstairs you will find the second toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
The house provides privacy for every resident but also enough space to socialize.
Upstairs three rooms 3x4m have a double bed 40x200m, a small bed table, a closet, a table and a chair and a table lamp. Rooms are not available for couples.
Just one room is available and can be viewed October 30st after a meeting has been set up.
