Description: Stoupa is a small coastal village approx. 45 kms south of the town of Kalamata, the capital of the prefecture of Messinia, SW-Peloponnese.
It boasts two lovely sandy beaches - the main Stoupa Beach and Kalogria Beach. It is an ideal place for summer family holidays, with a wide choice of tavernas/restaurants, all serving wonderful Mediterranean and Greek dishes using the excellent extra virgin olive oil produced locally.
ATM machines are available at several points and there is also a chemist shop, doctor, supermarket, etc. It is possible to hire a car, bicycle or motorbike locally. Popular activities in the area include, walking, painting, photography, swimming, snorkelling or just chilling out on the sand with the latest summer blockbuster read.
