Description: I have a room to let in the Desert Springs Village compound, just 5 mins drive from Mall of the Emirates, the Greens and Tecom. There is quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road for those that drive to work.
The villa is very simple yet warm and inviting, has a kitchen with all provisions, living area with cable tv and wireless internet. The room for let is very spacious and comes with a double bed. There is a shared bathroom with a German guy who is very friendly but clean and considerate. There is also a garden at the back which can be used for bbq's and hosting parties.
Ideally looking for someone with a pleasant personality, friendly and thoughtful yet able to appreciate and respect our own individual space. We would prefer someone that looks after the villa as if it was their own, be able to have a laugh but appreciate our privacy. Young couples are more than welcome to contact me, as are individual Western guys and girls.
The rent is AED4,000 per month, all inclusive of bills plus a security deposit of AED4,000.
