Of course within walking distance from La Sorbonne, from RER C St Michel station and many other metro or bus connections.

But of course it is obviously no big place.

Please note the floor has been beautifully renovated with marble.
The window giving on the narrow rue de la Huchette is facing south, that means brightness.

The room will be available end February, 2010.
Minimum commitment : 6 months
PRICE
Monthly long term rent including utilities : 650 euros
(for minimum of 6 months)
One time rental fee payable upfront :
- 430 euros for a 6 months rental
- 540 euro for a 9 months rental
- 650 euros for a 12 months rental
Refundable safety and key deposit, as usual in France.

- this is more independent than a room in a larger flat, because precisely it is not in a larger flat.
- this is a bit less than a fully equipped studio because it has no real kitchen corner.
- that is why we call it an independant room, and not a studio or a room. But it is almost like a studio, just without a proper kitchen.
