Aprox 10-15 minute walk form place Luxembourg and avenue Louise. 5-10 minute bus journey to metro stops Porte de Namur and troone. Direct bus, 10-15 minutes, from Schuman.
Flat is good sized one bedroom. Bedroom at back, small hall, large living room kitchen and shower room. Wood floors, central heating, secure door entry system.
The rent is €600, plus €25 a month water charges. This is for unfurnished flat. €1200 deposit required, would prefer long term rent.
