Fully furnished pad - modern and ethnic mix design living room. IKEA? NOT! - highest floor with a panoramic view of the city. Easy access to the Monorail (Titiwangsa and Chow Kit) and Star LRT station (Titiwangsa), cabs are readily available, as neighbouring hotels are Vistana Hotel and Grand Seasons Hotel. Really closeby is also the main bus station for RapidKL that moves around town and the vicinity of KL. I own the place and live here, so it's very very well kept.
Facilities at home: Washing machine (hot wash available), built in-oven, a SMEG hob and hood, a microwave oven, thermo pot for morning coffee!, hot shower, fridge, 40" LCD TV, HDMI DVD player, ASTRO Satellite TV, Streamyx WIFI, chillin' deck by the balcony, a bar (yes! A BAR! Semi completed though!) Cookings allowed as long as you keep the hob and sink clean!
The condo has: swimming pool, cafeteria, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, launderette, mini mart and.... 2 squash courts?
In case of emergency: 7 Eleven is just minutes away. By emergency, I meant alcohol mixers! Kidding! 3 healthcare centres are closeby - Sentosa Medical Centre, General Hospital KL and National Heart Institute.
Utility, Wifi and Astro averages RM120 per month. Maid/Cleaning service is optional when all housemates agree!
The room has a queen-sized bed, a 6 shelf cabinet for books, a TV on a table, a side table, 2 wardrobes (one vertical and drawer wardrobe), one standing light, 2 spotlights on the bedhead. It's air-conditioned - it's fully furnished. The previous tenant just brought his clothes when he moved in. The rent is negotiable, depending on your tenure of stay.
Deposit required are: 1 month advance + 2 months security deposit (1 month will be refunded and 1 month will be utilized on your final month stay) + RM250 utility deposit (will be refunded 1 month after deduction of final month of the utility bill)
