La rue Montorgueil is also well known for its famous caterers, bakeries, wine shops... as well as for its designer boutiques and trendy fashion stores.
Within walking distance : Les Jardins de Halles, Les Grands Boulevards, Marais, Opera, numerous museums and galleries.
Close to rue Montorgueil, rue de Caire offers a more quiet atmosphere at this time of year, in August, when all textile wholesalers are closed.
THE APARTMENT
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, the apartment is very bright with well-ventilated balconies surrounded by flowers.
The interior decor is minimalist, but with good taste. The apartment is very clean, pleasant, and a comfortable place.
The lounge includes a sofa-bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, video recorder, cable, WIFI, a JBL -subwoofer speaker, iPod player, a large table, 6 comfortable chairs and a large wardrobe closet (ironing board, iron, pillows, duvet, sheets, baby bed with bed curtains and high chair, vacuum cleaner are also available).
The kitchen is well equipped with a washer-dryer, an oven, a microwave, a table of ceramic, cooking area, a hood, many cupboards, a large American fridge with ice and water distribution, coffee makers espresso, a round table and 4 chairs.
There is wardrobe in the corridor, with a vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, a cupboard with towels.
The toilet is separate.
The bedroom offers a lot of space to store the clothes and decorated in very soft colors. The room is also equipped with a big TV-set.

The rate would be tailored to the actual length of your stay as reserved,
and is payable upfront.
