It have more then 300 meter Square space which divide in 5 sections
Sections 1. Network games and internet café with more then 30 computers
Sections 2. 3 good Quality 9 foot billiard table with one high quality 12 foot snooker table each table have private sofa and tables for Player rest.
Section 3. 2 table soccer ( FerFera ) and 1 hockey table and table tennis area which is famous games for youths.
Section 4 coffee shop with chairs and table and a big TV
Section 5 a very specially designed room just like a cinema hall for watch movies and special international Sport matches with haply bubbly ( hukka ) facilities.

Advantage of shop
its rent is too less then its size and in same area there is no same facilities for youths and there is no Good DSL service from STC in area.
And recently shop electric is upgraded to 200 A so there is no problem as much as you can put computers.
And shop have a rear door for working mid night shift which is most required for internet cafes.
Its on second floor and all neighbors are bachelors and good people
In same area only left 4 small internet café with bad service and high prize if you can arrange good internet connection you can grab all area costumers with in months
Our business is going very well in whole week but required a good management to increase sales.
Reason of sale,
The café owner is 2 partners one of them going for final exit and other one have no idea about this business so we decide to sale.
