Description: We are looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - LEVEL 1 to join our team as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical assistance to international clientele by phone, electronic communications and remote connections
• Installation or remote assistance for installation of client-server and web technologies
• Testing and troubleshooting of issues reported by clients
• Tracking and follow-up of all reported issues
• Properly document issues encountered in the field in the trouble ticket system.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical customer related issues through proper channels.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:
• Native in French. English or Spanish fluent
• Computer Science Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant working in Customer Service and Software Technical Support
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Excellent knowledge of networking principles and the IP protocols.
• Experience with troubleshooting net work architectures
• Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic Mac, Linux knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
• Ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly
• A proven team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize duties
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Any other related duties that may be assigned by management
