Description: RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
• Manage up sell and cross-sell, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Be responsible for his customers’ satisfaction and loyalty through churn rate. The AM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
• To maintain and update records in our CRM system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
• Responsible for assisting Manager with reporting and team meetings
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years experience in team management
• Background in IT sales or Account Management
• English and Spanish fluent, any other European language would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
• Training in consultative selling skills (ie: SPIN, Miller Heinman, Value Vision, etc.)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Strong sense of accountability
• Organized, detail-oriented, excellent teamplayer
• Creative, innovative and ability to think on your feet
• Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
