Description: RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing the sales lead generation team to include the marketing of the company's services via outbound cold calls, emails and direct mail pieces to prospective customers
• Responsible for the quality& quantity level of the telesales department (training, workshop, QA, telesales methods)
• To manage the marketing data that has been given to the team. Devise and produce monthly team performance metrics, including call ratios, decision maker contacts and cost per lead statistics etc.
• Working to the business KPI’s. Generate and maintain a high performance and continuous improvement culture. Undertake daily reviews of performance and give feedback through frequent 1:1 coaching.
• Responsible for all outbound calls activities in the operation
• To serve as the telesales knowledge base in the group and suggest all possible positive ROI telemarketing projects, as well as identify where telemarketing could be used to boost existing activities.
• Ensure competitive telesales pitch of the employees
• Data import into Salesforce
• Salesforce data quality of TM activities (BANT + WN etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 5 of experience managing a call center team including at least 1 year as a Team Leader.(The customers of the call center should be coming from the software technology sector)
• English and Spanish fluent, any other European language such as Italian, French or German would be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability for assuming a team leadership role, coaching and facilitating team selling
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability to provide regular reports, briefings and reviews as required using the agreed processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, excellent team player
• Creative, innovative and ability to think on your feet
• Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
