Description: I am offering a furnished one person room (14 m2) for rent in a big house. Even though the house is just 10 minutes away from the city center, the house is located on a beautiful old dike where a lot of tourist go to, to see it and there is a big nice park. The back garden of the house gives entry to the park. Besides there is free parking. The rent is 500 euro’s, electricity and water included. In the room there is a closet, a one person bed, and a washbasin. The room is located on the second floor of the house.
The rest of the house is shared with two other people. The second floor of the house has an entree hall, a toilet and a seperate big marmel bathroom with bath. The lowest level has a kitchen with a cooking island, a library and a livingroom. The livingroom gives view to the beautifull well maintained garden with a sitting area and a lot of plants.
