Description: FIELD MANAGER IN A MARKET RESEARCH COMPANY
Albatross Global Solutions is a leading and fast-growing research agency operating in Asia specialized on luxury brands.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual having the ability and confidence to work on its own initiative; willing to take on responsibility; capable of leading our fieldwork executives for each key region. This position is based in Shanghai.
Market Research Field Manager – China Mainland
Requirements
• Between 3 to 5 years management experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Process oriented
• Ability to tactfully guide and advise team of fieldwork executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
Key Responsibilities
• Supervising the execution of research projects for mainland China operations
• Manage a team of 10 fieldwork executives
• Carrying out effective problem solving
• Develop and implement process
• Effectively balancing workload to ensure deadlines are met and encouraging cross team working
• Deliver KPI
