• Just 3 minutes walk from house to tram stop( Admiraal De Reuterweg) , 10 mins bike to Leidseplein and 15 minutes bike to the Centrum.
• Rent is 350 Eur/Month icl. (water, gas, electric, internet, TV cable...)
• Forniture and the house itself are clean but very simple, if you are looking for a posh place this might not be the right one
• Looking for a working female, on time with the rent, tidy, friendly and easy going.
