Description: Dear all,
I have a private Personal Training and Pilates service which encourages people to make an investment in their health by developing an active and healthy lifestyle.
Clients can choose from private Personal Training workouts, private Pilates session or a combination of both. Instruction can be provided at your home or office.
Sessions can be given in English or Dutch.
I am a certified ACE Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor. My background also includes teaching gymnastics, fitness and dance. The last three years I lived in Kuala Lumpur and worked closely together with a Chiropractor to alleviate patients back problems.
My goal is to get you strong core muscles in a fit body.
