Carrier Chillers of 275 Ton's Capacity each of which it contains 3 Chillers along with 38 AHU’s, 18 FCU's. DX Type 2 AHU's, 24 Package Units & 20 FCUs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Can read all civil drawings to carry out orientation details for calculating the Heat load calculation from 500 tons & above for commercial & residential buildings. And also prepare the layout & Duct designing by various methods like Velocity friction, equal friction & static regain method.
• Preparing piping layout for CHW system, plumbing & drainage, and their routes by knowing their sizes as per given ASHRAE standards
• To ensure that the work to be completed with given standards of quality within the given time & in coordination with sub-ordinates & other Egg. Discipline to avoid hindrance at work. Attend appraisal meetings & give them suitable suggestion for betterment.
• Can also make bills of materials & material procurement sheets, while also attending for break down maintenance and give suitable suggestion for work to restart immediately for all sorts of HVAC maintenance including breakdown maintenance of FCU’s, AHU’s, and Chillers, etc. and able to sort out troubleshooting.
• Able to prepare the cost of project and the cost of maintenance for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Able to lead the work force of 150 to 350 men at a single site.
• Able to prepare related project documentation such as technical specifications, scope of work, material estimates / QS, etc.
• Be well versed to estimate heat load calculation, Designing knowledge in HVAC Chilled water piping and duct sizing. Selection of equipments like Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, pumps and blowers, etc. Preparation of BOQ and specifications. Preparing tender documents. Project execution and commissioning.
• Designing of fire hydrant system, Fire fighting sprinklers and fire detection system. Knowledge of BMS system for DDC and MCC starter Panels and security system. Understanding client’s requirements and providing them best solutions.
• Evaluating and finalizing the project requirement, managing project. Co-ordination of work with all other respective trades on site, Able to monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
• Able to handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities. Able to undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties. Able to undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
