I have 2 rooms available for rent in Almere, good location (5 min walk to train station) in a house (tussenwoning). rooms are about 12 an 9 sq m. regular shape easy to furnish. Shared living room. Preferably working tenants (quiet ones), no students.
price 330 EUR + shared meters (approx 100 EUR/month per capita).
Two my other colleagues stay in there. House is quite big (120sq) + small garden.
