Description: We have a double room available in our apartment in the centre of Amsterdam along the Singel canal.
The room has a new double bed, own bathroom and balcony and is around 12m2.
You will share the roof terrace, living space and kitchen (in which you also have your own storage, fridge etc) with us! House split over two floors.
The apartment is very peaceful and has great views over the city.
We are looking to share with a professional female or couple. We both work in creative industries and mostly work from home.
You must also be respectful of space, be clean/ tidy, and appropriately quiet as need be in a shared house. And please don’t just say you are, you really must be these things ;-)
MOVE IN DATE DECEMBER 1st. We’d like a tenant who will be staying for at least 6 months.
Rent 875 inclusive of g.w.e. Internet is an extra 20 euros a month.
We’d like to get to know you and have a good old chat so please do contact us for more information and pictures.
