Description: First of all the location:
Raymond Brulezpad 17, 3069JX, Rotterdam
5 min walk to metro station
The area is very quiet. nearby BAS, Super de Boer, Lidl. a little bit further, at the small shopping center of the area - Hesseplats - AH & C1000. Train station & shopping malls at Alexandrium are 4 metro stops away.
On the other hand, there is a nearby gym, swimming pool, beautiful path for jogging, etc. ...
About the house:
3 floor house,
1st floor - living room & kitchen & small toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking only on electricity, no gas in the house), there is a large TV with digital television installed, a fireplace... and of course - the garden !
2nd floor - two rooms, currently occupied by me and a bulgarian girl (we are students in Erasmus University); and a bathroom
3rd floor - the biggest room of all. it has double bed, very large wardrobe, desk...
the room is approx. 24 sq.m
This is the room to be offered.
About the people.
The bulgarian girl - 20y old, currently 1st year IBA student @ Erasmus University. Very clean & tidy. Doesn't make any noise
Me - bulgarian boy :D - 20y old, currently 2nd year IBEB student @ Erasmus University. Clean, tidy, loves cooking.
