Description: Dear Sri Lankan friends
Recently I have seen Ran Homes being advertised again on Sri TV and may be even on other channels. I would like to advise all fellow Sri Lankans, not to fall in trouble by choosing Ranhomes while you are outside Sri lanka. What ever the communication or website propaganda is not true and that is only to get the customer and later simply they forget what they have promised, going by the advertisements One of my friend who work outside Sri Lanka trusted and invested his hard earned money with Ranhomes, and now it’s almost 2 years. His house is still not completed, instead of completing they come up with new demands. Now they are asking him to sign a bank loan. Originally they informed that bank loan can be signed upon completion of house. He have paid more than the required amount. This is a friendly warning against unscrupulous businessmen.
