Description: Sorry, the house I'm supposed to move is delayed in handing over therefore posting my flat for rent add again.
I would like to rent out my current flat located at Ishara Khazzan backside of AL-Othaim supermarket, on first floor which consists of two bedroom, small hall, big kitchen, two toilets and with complete new carpets and paint (extremely neat).
Yearly rent 12300 SR + 1000 Akhari fees. I have just renewed for six month on 01/10/2009 (12/10/1430) total amount paid 7300 SR. As I have found another flat close to my office so am vacating this. So, who ever taking the flat has to pay me the fourth month rent+1000 Akhari fees= 5100.00 SR. Next renewal shall be on 20/03/2010.
Few household items not compulsory to go with flat ( you see them and decide by your own).
