1 room is 350 EUR because its a bit smaller and the other one costs 550 EUR per month. Both rooms are located in the big house so there is much privacy, ecpecially for students who need to study a lot. Beside, there is great connection to central station by train (8 minutes) and close to metro and bus 44 which goes to HES and InHolland school.
In the house itself there is a big garden and possibility to put car without any additional payment.
Two months in advance and 250 EUR borrog (which will be given back in the end). However, we can still negotiate!
