Description: Thank you for your interest in the position for a Receptionist to be based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a female, under 30, with a solid command of the English language. The individual has to be highly presentable, personable and approachable. With sound values, good ethics, a sense of confidentiality and loyalty. The individual should enjoy meeting and greeting people and being their host when they visit our office as such the person will be a natural extrovert but shows maturity and tact in her presentation style.
The role will require the individual to manage the reception, conduct travel arrangements for office staff, input data, coordinate events, video conference, act as the host for visitors, and other general office administrative duties.
The person has to be in the office Sunday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm sharp. No overtime requirements. Competitive Compensation plus medical benefits.
