Description:
We are a new charity working for the alleviation of poverty. We believe that education for children is crucial for breaking away from the chains of poverty.
We are seeking a regional managers of development & fundraising to be part of our dynamic team, from all major cities in Pakistan. The successful candidate
is required as a Head of Fundraising and Charity Development to bring creativity, leadership and effective communication to drive forward the cause.
Working hours are flexible and only a few hours input will be required each week.
The role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with excellent people management skills to join the team as Manager of Fundraising and
Development. Experience working with and NGO or charity is crucial. They will create and implement new fundraising techniques and sources, as well as
continue to manage existing donor relationships.
Skills required:
- Experience of international fundraising projects
- Ability to put forward a complex message clearly to varied audiences, building support and interest.
- Managing volunteers, budgets, financial planning and risk management
- Networking skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This is a voluntary position and will not be paid, however excellent references will be provided upon hard work and commitment.
