Description: The Swine flu situation in Pakistan International School Nasiriyya and Pakistan International School English Section Sulaminiya, Riyadh is going worst day by day. Almost 30% to 40% students are affected by Swine Flu in both schools. The students absent from school are increasing in number day by day. Even students with infections are coming to school. At least 30% infected students are coming to school daily. The Administration is hiding the facts. We being parents are worried about it.

Management Councils, schools administrations and teachers are not still willing to close the schools. Daily 80 to 100 students are sent back to their homes because of sickness (Fever, flu, cough, vomiting etc). At least 80 or above confirmed cases of Swine Flu (N1H1) among children and teachers are there in both schools after laboratory tests.

Being Parents we have to pressurize the Embassy and the Management Councils of the schools and even Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education to close the school so rest of the children can be prevented and secured.

For us our child Health is more important than study at this crucial stage. Whole world is taking measures to prevent it. But in Pakistani Schools they don’t have enough equipment and lack of expertise to stop the students with Influenza or N1H1 to enter the school. Saudi Authorities should take action on this matter.

I appeal to the Parents please don’t send children to school specially those who are affected by any type of infection. Even we should not send our children to school for at least 2 weeks to avoid this virus to spread among our children.

I appeal to Pakistani Community please take this matter seriously and raise it in front of concerned authorities by using your influence.

If any thing happens to our children schools will be responsible for that and we will go to court against schools managements.
