Description: This two bedroom apartment sits in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. It is five minutes from Kolonaki and Syntagma by foot. It is across the street from the Evangelismos Metro Stop. The apartment has unbelieveable views from its unobstructed balcony. You can sip your breakfast coffee while gazing at the Lycabettus. You can have an evening cocktail while viewing the sundown over the Acropolis from your dining room. The building itself is surrounded by city parks. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, several museums, and movie theatres. Most of the apartment is air conditioned. In addition to twin beds in one BR and a full size bed in another, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen, a washer, internet access, and tv/cable/dvd. This rental can be for one month minimum or a year or more --we are flexible.
500 euro security deposit required with first month’s rent. Must agree to twice monthly cleaning through landlord (included in the rent--includes ironing and laundry).
