Description: Waterford Park Rama4 condo is a compound of low-rise buildings. It has 2 good-size swimming pools, a tennis court, a small fitness, a steam room, gardens, lots of outside space, and ample parking space. Entrance is by key-card system and it has 24-hr security. The Prakhanong BTS Station is approx 700 metres from the condo (about 10 mins walk), and only 1 km from Bangkok University. There are taxis and motorcycle taxis right outside the gate most of the time so transport is convenient. There are a convenient store and laundry service inside the condo. Also nearby are a few local shops such as 7/11, a small Tesco and laundrettes.
My studio is on the 3rd floor (of 8-fl building). It's 54 sq.m. with a balcony from which you can see one of the pools. There is a kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a hot plate, a toaster, a jug kettle, cooking utensils, storage units and cutleries &crokeries. There are also an a/c unit, a tv set, 6' bed&matress, a sofa, iron&ironing board, a large wardrobe, desk &chair, and a spacious shower room. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request. Internet broadband and True vision are already installed.
The rent is from 12,000 to 15,000 baht per month depending of the length of stay. Please email for info and more photos.
