Description: We are the repudiated company in Dammam eastern province and we have an urgent requirement of an Electrical Engineer with more than 6 years experience he should have waist experience the Testing of transformer up to 10MVA.
Methods of testing of transformer such as insulation resistance test by megger, winding resistance test by ohm meter, dielectric strength test, ratio test and core balance test and measurement of magnetizing current by tong tester. Testing of transformer accessories like temperature sensor, pressure sensor, winding resistance and its insulation resistance test of motors.
Testing of relay such as over current relay Electromagnetic relay (Earth fault relay, over current relay), static relays & numeric relays. Testing of breakers up to 33KV. Testing of relays can be done with secondary injection test kit and (AC-DC power plate for separate DC supply.
Trouble shooting of electrical equipment such as motors, starters (DOL, Star – Delta) variable speed control, power generator. Carrying preventive scheduling maintenance periodically.
Installation of power transformer up to 10MVA Checking and inspection of all materials as per the standard specification. Making of daily progress and monthly progress and invoice making with BOQ Reference for electrical works. Ensure all electrical materials incorporated on the project have met all the necessary test requirements and passed the specification. Supervising the installation of grounding for all electrical equipment such as motors, generators and prepare daily work reports to the project manager. Monitoring the status of machine. Erection of commissioning of 22KV/440V/4MVA outdoor transformers. Supervise and maintenance of 500 KVA / 22 KV/0.440KV transformer and allied control switch gears. Switch board control and relays circuit breakers fixing connection checking and properly starting. Implement and adheres safety process, rules and regulation and standard operating procedure. Monitoring the status of machine.
Transformers and Switch gears terminations. Installation of grounding system for Sub-Station and equipments

the transferable Iqama
