The apartment is quite large for Amsterdam. There are 2 big bedrooms, a spacious living room with cable TV and Internet. The kitchen opens out onto a balcony. There is also a large bathroom with bath. The apartment is fully furnished.
A cleaner comes every two weeks and cleans the whole apartment.
The room available has large bay windows, a large wardrobe and a double bed. The rent is 600 euro per month, this is all inclusive, except for
the telephone line rental and the cleaning lady (can be discussed). You will need to pay 2 months deposit. You can register yourself and you will have a contract.
The room is available from the 1st of December 2009.
