Description: I am a girl looking for 1 person only, to share this beautiful apartment. My great roomate is leaving and would like to find someone easy going.
It’s a duplex with a 30sqm terrace where you can enjoy Valencia’s sun. Just one minute away from “nou d’octubre” subway, and 2 minutes walking to the old river park.
It 's located in the fith and last floor of a new building. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It has gas heating and air conditioning as well as wireless internet connection. It is available from December 1st.
Bills (gas, electricity, internet, etc. ) are to be shared between both of us.
I am from Valencia and if you want to improve your Spanish, I will be happy to speak only Spanish to you!!
