Description: One bedroom apartment available in the centre right now on Rue de Duquesnoy. One main bedroom living room (in the pic), small kitchen and bathroom, about 35 metres squared.
Main room is a decent size, furnished with double bed, mattress, lamp, shelves, cupboard, etc, nice big heater for the winter too.
Kitchen has 2 sinks, oven (with grill and hob), fridge freezer and I will leave my kettle there for that all important tea/coffee. Bathroom is fine.
Its on Rue de Duquesnoy, right above a small shop. Everything you need is nearby. I'll be having a viewing this weekend (7th, 8th November) and
you can move in immediately. It can be taken unfurnished, but I would prefer to rent it furnished (preference will be given to those who take the furniture ;)
The landlord is a really nice guy and always available to fix things.
The rent is 355 euros a month (yes very cheap I know, so hurry up and email me) 6 euros for water and then you pay about 40 euros for gas/electricity.
Deposit is 2 months and you can stay 6 months/1 year, can be arrange with the landlord.
