As i am shifting to another flat i am offering my flat (Ground Floor)with the following details.

Kitchen:1 (small and attached with hall and not separate with a door)
Bath Room:1
Rent per year: SR 11240 (I am paying every 4 months)
Notes:
1. I have paid rent until Dec' 17 2009, so you have to pay from the day you occupy.
2. Those who wants to have this will have to buy the following;

3. Those who have more than two kids please look for other flats as i don't suggest this.
