This really nicely furnished apartment (70 m2) is equipped with all appliances. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, washbassin and toilet. There is a internet connection, cable tv is connected. Including gas, water and electricity. This apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has a nice living room and a seperate kitchen with dining table. There is a nice sitting corner, table, chairs, flat screen, dvd player.
Furthermore there is a bedroom is this apartment with a bed of 1.80 x 2.00 + a wardrobe. So the apartment is perfect suitable for one person. A couple is also possible but then the price will be highered with 50,- Euro's a month. This price is based upon a min. one year contract ! Short stay possible but then the price will go up.
You just have to bring your suitcase and we will take care of the rest!!!
We charge NO MEDIATION FEE only contractual costs of 250,- excl. 19% VAT but please note that this is only based upon a one year contract. SHORT STAY is also possible but then we charge half a month mediation fee (no contractual costs).
