Including gas, water and electricity. This apartment is located on the second floor. Livingroom with open kitchen. Separate small bedroom.
You just have to bring your suitcase and we will take care of the rest!!!
We charge NO MEDIATION FEE only contractual costs of 250,- excl. 19% VAT but please note that this is only based upon a one year contract. SHORT STAY is also possible but then we charge half a month mediation fee (no contractual costs).
