A ten minute bike ride to the beach. This is an ideal apartment for an expat in The Hague. Short stay possible. Price is based upon one person. Two persons possible but then we charge 50,- Euro's extra per month.
The apartment is equipped with all appliances. New kitchen, classy bathroom, beautiful furniture. There is a fast internet connection, cable tv is connected. Including gas, water and electricity. This apartment is located on the second floor. Livingroom with open kitchen. Separate small bedroom. Big bedroom 14m2, small bedroom 8m2, side room. 4 rooms totally!
You just have to bring your suitcase and we will take care of the rest!!! Price is bases upon a one year contract!
We charge NO MEDIATION FEE only contractual costs of 250,- excl. 19% VAT but please note that this is only based upon a one year contract. SHORT STAY is also possible but then we charge half a month mediation fee (no contractual costs).
