There is a fast internet connection, cable tv is connected. Including gas, water and electricity. This apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment has a nice dining room with an open kitchen. Lovely to have a nice diner. There is a great and big living room with two big couches, desk, some chairs, flat screen, dvd player.
Furthermore there are three bedroom is this apartment. One master bedroom with a double bed and a separate own bathroom. Beside this bedroom there are two other bedrooms with a bed of 1.40 x 2.00 + wardrobes. So the apartment is also suitable for three friends who want to live together.
You just have to bring your suitcase and we will take care of the rest!!!
We charge NO MEDIATION FEE only contractual costs of 250,- excl. 19% VAT but please note that this is only based upon a one year contract. SHORT STAY is also possible but then we charge half a month mediation fee (no contractual costs). Price is also based upon one person living there. More persons and price will go up.
The apartment is being renovated at this moment and will be ready november 1st 2008.
