I'm a French expat, who 1 year ago moved into a really nice brand new apartment, into a brand new building ! 5 minutes away from Vondelpark on your bike, 8 minutes away from Lelylaan station walking. 100 m2, extremely bright, on the 6th floor. Dishwasher, Washing machine, induction cooker, internet, satellite TV, 2 toilets, bath + shower, underground parking.
You'll have a 16m2 room, furnished with access to the whole apartment.
The rent is 710€ per month, including everything but electricity.
I am away from Monday to Friday (work travel), so you will have the flat for yourself most of the time.
