Description: Looking for an investor who would like to make a 20% profit on his investment payable within 1 year only from the date of payment.
It's not a normal buy of property, but very similar.
I am selling my 2 bedroom apartment in Lagoons for a 1 Million Dirhams only, which the Original Price of it is 1,250,000/ Fully paid.
And in case you want to withdraw I will buy it back from you after exactly 1 year for 1,200,000 which means, if you decide to return it you will earn 200,000 Dirhams (20%) after one year.
Papers will be prepared by a lawyer and transfer of property will be done in your name and a post dated cheque for 1,200,000 Dirhams will be deposited with the lawyer in case you want to return the property for this price after 1 year.
Just because I need the 1 Million Dirhams now.
