Description: The RETAIL SALES ADVISOR is responsible for showroom inside sales and providing world-class service to new and existing customers in the retail store. The RETAIL SALES ADVISOR is the primary point of contact for customers calling or visiting our stores to purchase products and services or for customer service.RSAs are expected to sell products and services to new & existing customers, and actively solicit new customers, arrange store counters for premium visibility. Our RSAs educate customers on our products and services and guide customers through the purchasing decision. The RSA also deals with existing customer accounts in billing in the system and serving with a pleasing & elgant service. Our RSAs are an integral part of our retail team. RSAs work closely with other Seniore sales consultants and the management team to maximize the customer experience. RSAs work flexible retail hours, including evenings & weekends.
Eligibilty Criteria:
@English fluency / Ability to act with high integrity & accept responsibility with the right attitude-@Exceptional customer focus with an emphasis on enhancing the customer experience-@Ability to meet or exceed a sales quota-@
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as a member of a team and establish positive working relationships.
Preferred:
Young candidates, Prior retail or sales experience in a customer facing environment
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
