Description: I'm Eline, 24 years old, and study interior architecture. The house I live in is my mom's and I rent out two rooms to young professionals.
My house is situated in Rotterdam South close to Maashaven metro station and it takes about 5/10 minutes to get to the centre of Rotterdam. The closest supermarket is around the block. The street is quiet, with three story houses and a school.

The house has two stories, an attic and a balcony (on the sunny side). There is a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, strove etc. There is a dining room with extra storage space. On the same floor as the kitchen, dining room and toilet is also my room.
On the next level there are two bedrooms, bathroom (with washing machine) and balcony. The room on the front I rent out to a Dutch guy (Wim) and the room at the back is the one that will be available. It's about 15 m2, fully furnished (bed, closets, tv, wifi internet and linen) and looks out onto the balcony.
The room costs 400 a month all inclusive. The deposit is also 400 and will be given together with the rent of the first month. You will get the deposit back at the end of the last month you're renting the room.
I am looking for young professionals, who don't smoke, like to keep the house clean and tidy, don't mind my cute cat Sushi and want to keep the house a nice place to live.
