I am doing a recruitment drive and we have a few vacancies for the below mentioned job profiles.
Note: All posts will be based in Pune and candidates fluent in Hindi will be preferred.
Customer Service Representative
Job Profile:
This post requires a goal oriented, customer focused, bright, lively person with good telephone skills to join our busy Customer Services Department. The position will involve all commercial aspects of our trade and the successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve required levels of business. They must also possess excellent customer facing skills and have the ability to make key decisions under pressure. They must be self-motivated, committed, and conscientious and work well as part of a team.
Qualification:
- Any Graduates
Skill sets required
- Excellent spoken & written communication in English
- Ability to speak Hindi fluently is a advantage
- A second or third language is desirable
- Presentation & Inter-personal skills.
- Should be computer literate and internet savvy
- Practical experience in customer services and/or telephone marketing would be an added advantage.
Regional Sales Manager:
Job profile:
We are looking for a goal oriented, customer focused Sales Manager. Working predominantly in the field, the successful candidate will join our Pune operation to help develop new and existing business throughout the state. Applicants must have a basic understanding of electronics. They must also possess excellent customer facing skills and have the ability to make key decisions under pressure. They must be self-motivated, committed, and conscientious and work well as part of a team. Applicants must be male.
Qualification:
- Any graduates
- Candidates with degree in Marketing/Engineering will be preferred.
Skill sets required:
- Should be computer literate
- Excellent spoken & written communication, Presentation & Inter-personal skills.
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Driving license is a must
