Lots of shops, banks, post office, vélib' and boulangeries around. Very, very close to Quai de Loire, de Seine (movies!). In the summer, you have Paris Plages and open air cinema at the Parc de la Villette.
kitchen with all appliances (washing and drying machine) and nice living room. High speed internet + telephone (local calls + lots of countries).
We are looking for a professional, or student mature person, easy-going, reliable, calm and very clean.
